Lenovo Ideapad U510 BCD error 0xc000000d

I am getting error trying to turn on my laptop, it says: Boot Configuration Data file Error code: 0xc000000d

Now i did not get any CD or the install key for my windows8, what solution do i have apart from purchasing the CD online
