BSoD svchost suspected

On my Dell 1501 OS W7 Ultimate 2008 SP1 32-bits I got the BSoD. T tried system restore (no longer accessible), last know good config to no avail. The CD-DVD disk is spinnng out of control and when I tried hotfix from a usb flash drive I got Disk Error. In cmd. prompt (also no longer accessible) I tried all chkdsk, NTFS, sfc scannow - everything checked out fine. These are some of the errors I wrote down. PXE-MOF Operating system not found. 0x000000f4, 0x00000003, 0x865DE1AO, 0x865DE30C,0x83c52EB0, 4E OF: 137B IDE device FailedBlank media or no media. SmBios structure 33 has illegal 0-lengths.I had the svchost trojan though I thought I had it cleaned out. I change the hard drive with another Dell I use to have (it died hitting the floor) and I got the exact same errors.I realize my laptop might be a write off but at least its worth a shot and/or I would like to know/learn what happened + is there anyway to save my files. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
