Unable to connect to print server

At work, we have a print server that I can connect to easily (\\br-xprint).

For some reason, the print server won't come up when I try to connect. I get a window that says

 windows cannot access \\br-xprint 
 error code 0x80070035 
 the network path was not found

Windows firewall is off and there are no other sharing issues regarding the network type.

Pinging the server returns a successful result.

I've also confirmed that it's not just this server, but all servers are not working.
