How to get keyboard identifier for Vietnamese Telex not Vietnamese in windows 10?

Is there any method to find keyboard identifier of Vietnamese Telex in windows 10?
I tried the page for Vietnamese and the identifier is 0x0000042a. However, that number is for old keyboard and the info above was posted in 2017.
The new Vietnamese keyboard with Telex has just added recently. I tested the number above and it is not for Vietnamese Telex.
