0x0000007B ERROR in win7 unable to boot

After I installed kaspersky on a windows7, I am unable to boot and get a blue screen with the following text

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these step:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

• There is no change to the hardware.
• I'm unable to boot in safe mode (blue screen shows up and it reboots immediately after).
• I'd rather not have a fresh install.

Is there a way to fix it using a bootable usb for ex?
