Acer Aspire One D255E reboots itself when enabling the 2nd core of the CPU on Windows Device Manager

I have a problem in this laptop that I can't solve and discover the real cause for years.

One day I went to disassemble the laptop, and when I put everything back on, the laptop had this problem. I've already tried to solve changing the HD and ram memory (I have another ram memory from an older notebook, which also works), I also have already executed the memtest86+ to see if there was something in the memory, but there wasn't. I'm sure the problem is not on the hard drive, because when I put a bootable usb (with windows to install or even linux), the laptop can't boot. It can only load more basic things, like the BIOS setup menu and the memtest86+. It can't load any kind of operating system. By the way, I realized that sometimes when I turn on the laptop again, the BIOS settings of the netbook are reset, I don't know why this happens though. I also realized that when i boot the OS in AHCI mode, it reboots, but the screen gets dim. I could still see a little bit what appeared on the screen, but it seemed to be with an extremely low brightness. I found it very strange too. Obviously, this dosen't happen when i connect an external monitor. And the screen only turns back to normal when i disconnect the charger, put it back and turn on again. But surprisingly, this dosen't happen when i turn the IDE mode on. The screen dosen't get dim, and when i boot the OS, appears the error "STOP: 0x0000007B (0x80786B50, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000,0x00000000)" in a BSOD.

And later on, I discovered what was causing the issue. For some reason, when Windows 7 loads the second core of the CPU in the device manager, the laptop enters in a halt and restarts. And this dosen't happen when i enter in safe mode. I got in safe mode, I opened the device manager and turned off the second core of the CPU, in the device manager. And when i restarted, Windows 7 booted normally. Looks like that when any OS (Linux or Windows) loads that second core, it reboots. I don't know either why this happens, i tried updating the BIOS if this solves the problem, but looks like it dosen't. I don't know either how to disable that second core in Linux, i discovered how to do that only on Windows. Maybe the problem is on the BIOS? If there's not an easy way to fix that problem, then tell me if there's an way to turn off loading the 2nd core of the CPU on Linux (Mostly Ubuntu or Ubuntu-based distros), because I pretend installing Lubuntu.
