What is System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException (0x800401D0)?

I am using MS office (Professional Plus 2019) Word. In the application there is clipboard. i was able to copy equation and paste the equation correctly before few days. currently there is some issue with MS .net Framework. Due to which i am unable to copy the equation in the MS office Word. When ever i copy some equation within the application it shows 2 entry in the clipboard of the MS office Word. one entry with Word document icon and another with Text icon with single copy command "Clrt + C"as sown below (Same Equation is copied multiple times E.g. "r" with subscript "r").

and whenever i tried to paste the clipboard equation (E.g. "r" with subscript "r"), It pastes with "Cltr + V" as text entity (E.g. "r_r") and equation form is disappeared from clipboard. but whenever i tried to paste equation from the equation in clipboard by clicking on the Word Icon from the clipboard entity, it works fine on the first time paste. after that it is now working. To Paste again with (Word Icon from the clipboard entity), i have to copy again. i have reinstalled MS office Word. but the problem remains the same. After re-installation of MS Office Word i found a "Microsoft .net Framework" dialog box which is posted below.

after hitting this exception i clicked quit and the clipboard is working fine as it was working previously. and i am able to copy paste the equation as it is written in the main form.

But my problem is whenever i boot the computer my clipboard is facing the same issue. After getting above mention dialog box, my word clipboard works fine. so i don't know what is issue with .net framework. and how to correct the issue ...

Can anyone explain whats reason for my issue?? Please Guide me for suitable solution of my problem.
