Computer can't access a shared folder configured on other computer while other computer can

Problem

Can't connect to another computer shared folder on Windows 10 Professional.

Description

I have one server with a shared folder that's accessible by multiple computers at the moment.

However one particular computer can't get access to the server. I can ping the server without any problem, by IP or hostname, but if I try to access the computer or the shared folder using Windows Explorer, I get the error:

0x80070035 Network path not found

If I try to map the server as a drive via net use, I get another error saying I can't access the shared folder because the organization policy is blocking the access to unauthorized guests.

I've googled and found and tried the following things:

  • Checked if the guest is activated
  • Checked if the digitally signed communications is activated.

None of the above things worked.

Background of the problem

I have installed an SQL application in my network. The application is installed in one computer that acts as the server and where I have a definitions file. The other computers, have to access that definitions file via a shared folder.
