Could not uninstall / fix Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable

After an installation of Visual Studio Community 2019, it seems the installer broke the package Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable, that prevents me to install any other VCRedist packages.

I've already uninstalled Visual Studio, then I try to uninstall Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x86 and x64) in order to make a clean install of all redistributables, but I just can't uninstall those two packages.

From the Apps and Features panel, when I try to uninstall the package, I get the following message :

Windows can't find ... Check that the name you entered is correct, then try again

Then, I downloaded the latest VCRedist 2015-2019 on Microsoft website (both x86 and x64), but when I try to install it, I get the following message :

After clicking on Cancel, I got the message :

The older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X86 Minium Runtime - 14.27.29112 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.

And the redist installer finally fails with an error code 0x80070643 "Unrecoverable error".

To uninstall these packages, I need their MSI package files but I cannot find them on the net. Is there a solution to fix this situation.
