Boot error, required device isn't connected

I had this problem for 5 months now. Whenever I boot up my PC I get a blue screen saying (Your PC Device needs to be repaired. A required device is not connected or can't be accessed. Error Code 0xc000000e).

I usually go to BIOS setup and restart from there. after restart windows boot up normally. However, I need to get rid of this bluescreen and solve any problems if there's any.
