Hashcat i5 3470 opencl error clCreateContext(): CL_DEVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE

I have an Intel i5 3470 cpu and I am running Ubuntu 16. I downloaded the last version of Intel OpenCL (Intel® CPU Runtime for OpenCL™ Applications 18.1 for Linux* OS (64bit only)) and Hashcat. I installed OpencCL without errors. When I run hashcat I get this error:
