Ubuntu 14 - Remount a raid1 on 8TB GPT disks

I added 2 hds on my ubuntu 14.04 server.

Using the gdisk utility I initialized the disks as GPT.

With mdadm I created an array raid1 and then formatted the unit (/dev/md3) as ext4.

I used the unit normally until I restarted the server. Now I can't reassemble the array.
