SQL Server Management Studio corrupted after windows password change

-1

After changing my windows password, my SSMS (SQL Server Managememnt Studio) is corrupted. I want to uninstall it and install it fresh, but I get an error:

Setup Failed
Fatal error during installation (0x80070643)
SQL Server Management Studio: Error getting file attributes for 1392. Please make sure that the drive is formatted and accessible.

I found these errors in the log file:

[BC58:8334][2020-01-10T12:20:07]e000: BootstrapperEngineDataModel.OnError: Burn engine encountered error. PackageId: sql_ssms_x64, ErrorType: WindowsInstaller, ErrorCode: 2330, Data: 2330,1392,C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18\Common7\Profiler\Templates\Microsoft SQL Server\150, ErrorMessage: Error getting file attributes for 1392. Does anyone know how this could be fixed?
