Can't connect to DB2 from Power BI

When I try to connect to a DB2 server using the IBM driver I get this message:

Details: "An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. When using Microsoft driver:

Windows 10 Enterprise 1709. Frameworks 4..5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6.2, 4.7 and 4.7.2. Power BI RS 2.69.5467.1801 64-bit. IBM driver for DB2 11.5. DB2 server 11.1.
