Windows won't initialize: Error c000021a (Last Known Good Configuration not working)

-1

My laptop is currently without an external battery, so I am using it without battery for 3 months now. After displugging the power supply and then plugging again, my Windows made a safe check in the hard drive, and after that, I cannot initialize Windows, since I get the c000021a error:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x00100528).
The system has been shut down.

I tried nearly everything. 'Last Known Good Configuration' won't work (I get the same thing). System recovery can't be made, and 'chkdsk' gives me the error 'Failed to transfer logged messages to the log event with status 50'.

Note: I am currently using my Ubuntu environment in the same laptop, so I guess the problem isn't hardware.
