Connection refused error while running in Microsoft Visual Studio

I installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 professional. While running my project, it's creating .vs file, it's giving the error "CONNECTION REFUSED" in the browser. But sometimes after deleted .vs file, it will load the first page of the project properly. if I select any other pages giving the same error. Kindly help me to solve.
