Linux-Yocto, ARM: VFS: Cannot open root device "ubi0:root" or unknown-block(0,0):

I'm booting from NAND zImage and rootfs (UBIFS) to the ARM board (yocto-project building).

The process is just erase, format UBI volume and write UBIFS. ubiformat /dev/nand0.root ubiattach /dev/nand0.root ubimkvol -t static /dev/nand0.root.ubi kernel 8M ubimkvol -t static /dev/nand0.root.ubi oftree 1M ubimkvol -t dynamic /dev/nand0.root.ubi root 0

However, I got failure like: "VFS: Cannot open root device "ubi0:root" or unknown-block(0,0): error -19. Please append a correct "root=" boot option; here are the available partitions:...". I supposed that kernel is unable to identify the hardware or miss driver to access the device. However after checking around supported NAND, MTD, buses driver configuration, I feel it looks enough.

I'm really looking for any idea about this trouble which first time I touched.
