I'm stuck in an endless loop after restarting, but I thought I could fix it by making a USB drive with a Windows bootloader. I can see it now in BIOS, but it doesn't matter what I put first, my USB, my SSD or my external hard drive. (which I removed not knowing Windows was on it) moving on after that it made my PC restricted to this BIOS loop. I don't know what to do. No matter what order I put disks in it says I haven't changed anything
