Uninstalling Python gives me "No Python 3.7 installation was detected" and next window is "0x80070643 - Fatal error during installation"

I've been trying to uninstall Python and Anaconda completely to start from "scratch," by re-installing newest versions, but I cannot uninstall anything. I deleted all folders but still cannot uninstall in the Apps & features section. I also tried to "Modify -> Repair" but it gives me the error message "Invalid Drive: U:\"

I am fairly new to coding and would appreciate your help. Please let me know if you need more info.

Thank you!
