How can I access WindowsApps folder?

0

I've done everything written in the internet ffs. I've made myself the owner, added permissions to my account, trying to decrypt it and access it from Linux nothing works. I just need to read the files and I don't care about modifying it. When it's on a different partition, unlike the regular WindowsApps folder everything on the other WindowsApps folder is encrypted, and I can't copy or do anything to it. I just can browse the list of files and folders.

Files encrypted

Even if I'm the owner of this file I got this when trying to copy the file:

Copying the file

I used Robocopy to and I got this error message:

ERROR 6000 (0x00001770) Accessing Destination Directory d:\test\ The specified file could not be encrypted.
