Windows 7 SP1 on HP Pavilion 15 (Coffee Lake) got BSOD 0x000000a5 on every boot

I've got brand new HP Pavilion 15 with Coffee Lake CPU

I am unable to boot it, every time it goes into BSOD 0x000000a5 on the first 2 second of boot animation (four colors)

I am unable to boot it even in safe mode. I tried to disable GUI boot (following advice from other site), via specifing

bcdedit /set {default} quietboot No

From recovery console (setup file)

But the problem (and the animation itself) remained the same.

I cannot execute msconfig. Is there any other way to disable GUI boot (no animation during startup)?

Or, if my path is completely wrong, what can I do to circumvent BSOD 0x000000a5 on boot?

Installing Windows 10 is hardly acceptable.
