sony vegas KERNELBASE.dll fault module

i have sony vegas 16 installed on my brand new pc. when i start vegas and try to import a clip that i have downloaded from youtube in mp4 format 1080p 50fps i freeze and than close itself while showing me this message below. anyone can help me ?
