Cannot upgrade widnows 7 to 10 0x8007000D - 0x90002

I am trying to upgrade my good old windows 7 to windows 10 So I downloaded the media creation tool Which I ended up getting an error 0x8007000D - 0x90002. What is the problem and how may I solve it ?
