VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX) (VirtualBox) but enabled in bios, hyper-v enabled, and cpu supported

I've been having an issue with VirtualBox when trying to start a Windows 10 VM. I get an error stating the following: VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: ConsoleWrap Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}

My Windows 7 VM also appears to not be booting anymore, but with a different error: Raw-mode is unavailable courtesy of Hyper-V. (VERR_SUPDRV_NO_RAW_MODE_HYPER_V_ROOT).

I've enabled VT-x in the BIOS. Screenshots and the specifications of my computer are below:

Intel Virtualization Technology There was also a VT-d option, which I did enable (allthough you can't see it in the picture) because I thought it might have something to do with VT-x VT-d

Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX H270F

RAM: Corsair 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB)

CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz

I also tried disabling Hyper-V just to see what would happen but the same error still showed. Any help would be very appriciated since I've tried almost everything
