Windows 10 0xc000021a issue

I have windows 10 along with Ubuntu with dual boot from Grub Menu,recently I have a issue of 0xc000021a with looping restart.

I have no solution, after googling a lot but no solution of my problem. After Searching Solution My Problem is:

1. I have no access for Advanced Repair, I do not know how to do it.
2. I Cannot Go Safe Mode from F8/F11 button, screen lag on pink and restart again after some time.
3. I cannot login window and install any program because Windows is Useless.
4. I only now dependent on Linux/Ubuntu OS.
5. I have no access of Windows CMD but I have access of Terminal in Ubuntu.
