Windows 10 was already installed on the PC when I bought it and it doesn't have a CD\DVD player installed

I already have fixed the "no bootable drive press any key now".

I am not computer smart at all its took me 1 week almost to get it to this point.

This is a big thing for me to be able to get it work again.
