Windows 10 not booting - Lost Partition?

Windows 10 x64 is not booting.

Error message:

Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

I have attempted each option of the Advanced Options to restore my system.

Automatic Repair

Automatic repair could not repair your PC. Log file c /windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt Windows 10

System Restore

System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer's system files and settings were not changed.

Details:

System Restore failed while restoring the directory from the restore point.

An unspecified error occurred during System Restore.(0x80070017)

System Image Restore

The system image restore failed. The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)

CHKDSK

I have attempted to perform chkdsk /f /r three times.

First time it failed during the proccess.

Second and third time it runned till the end and fixed issues.

BOOTREC / FIX BOOT

I have runned all the commands to fix boot partition.

bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /fixmbr

Running any of the following result in the same message Total identified Windows installations: 0

bootrec /scanOS
bootrec /rebuildbcd

Restore PC

Tried Restoring PC keeping my files, but failed.

There was a problem resetting your PC.

No changes were made.
