Any specialized tools to remove Hyper-V?

I'm so stuck (Unable to DISABLE Windows 2016 Hyper-V role : The referenced assembly could not be found. (Error: 0x800f080c) (Error: 14081) (Error: 0x80073701)) and while I don't think such a tool exists, I wanted to ask it non the less :)

I'm still stuck on removing it - nobody else seems to have a clue either. I was curious if other tools exist that are able to remove windows components (Hyper-V) if all regular stuff seems to fail. I'm not asking for troubleshoot steps, it's a simple yes/no question ;p
