Toshiba Satellite C55 A5310 what can i do?

How do I resolve reboot problem? Pc will not start I have.been to advanced options nothing works except command prompt. Options repair, restore, (error code 0x80070003) reset won't work either. I have run several commands ..chkdsk. bootrec etc..have gone into bios and set defaults..wont go into safemode. what can I do? Please help
