ISO stoped working when burned on an exernal disk

I created an ISO file. The file worked when i selected the ISO on a vm and booted it, but when i burn it to an external storage disk and try to install it on an other PC, the windows installation fails after 70% of the phase "Getting files redy for installation" with the error "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Eror code: 0x80070570".

I used rufus to burn the iso.

I check if the exernal disk storage had a problem, by burning it to a fresh iso from windows and install it on a other pc, and it worked fine.

Why the installation failed when I boot from a extern storage disk and not on a vm?

How can I make the installation of my iso on an other pc, if that doesn't work?
