Mouse cursor disappeared and keyboard disabled in VirtualBox Ubuntu

My mouse cursor disappeared and keyboard disabled when I closed the machine with the "Power off the machine" option.It is not visible until I press right CRTL

My virtual box: Ubuntu

My current operating system: Windows 10

1-)I tried to fix this problem with " Devices > Insert Guest Additions Cd Image" then I get the following error: Unable to insert the virtual optical disk C:\Program

Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxGuestAdditions.iso into the machine tensorflow.

Could not mount the media/drive 'C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' (VERR_PDM_MEDIA_LOCKED).

But I cannot see mounted iso on my pc.

2-)I tried to turn "Machine -> Disabling Mouse Integration" but there is no option called "Disabling Mouse Integration": Mouse disappear in VirtualBox

How can I fix that?
