Cannot Sign You In Error in Windows 10

I am running a Windows 10 laptop and I recently just installed some software, and then when I tried to a game I played from the Windows Store, it gave me this error:

___ is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Then I went into settings and into my account settings. It said that I had to verify my account, and when I tried to, it gave me this:

I have tried restarting my laptop, uninstalling the software I had installed, and have tried many other things regarding the registry and stuff. Any solutions? A Google Search did not help at all.
