I have done memory scan, cpu scan,malware scan, driver/windows update,
ran

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

and

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

And I am still getting 0x00000109 Critical Structure Corruption issue
