BSoD 0x00000116 nvlddmkn.sys

After loading windows I get BSoD with code 0x00000116 , nvlddmkn.sys . My video card model is Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Gigabyte).

Tried reinstalling drivers(385.xx)/installing older version of driver (314.xx). That didn't work.

Also I've tried manually changing the old nvlddmkn.sys file to the new one. That didn't help.

Also I've read that Gigabyte has set frequency from 800 to 900 MHz on this video card, but the voltage is low and it may cause troubles. Set voltage to 1.05 V and frequency to 800 . It didn't help. Then loaded BIOS patch for my video card from Gigabyte site (which should do the steps above automatically). It didn't help.

After all I've reinstalled Windows. The problem still remains Maybe anyone know what should I do?
