Cannot update to Windows 10 on HP 15-f014wm

I'm trying to update to Windows 10 on my 15-f014wm laptop. I'm using the "Windows10Upgrader9194.exe" (which updated itself, so the presumably version number at the end may be wrong) thing to update, but after trying to update, it restarts, shows me a window saying that Windows 10 couldn't be installed, which had this message:

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation

I have "Legacy Mode" turned off in the BIOS, if that means anything.
