Boot problems (0xc000000f) with Samsung 540u and Windows 8 (dualboot Ubuntu)

I originally used Windows 8 on my Samsung 540u. Since installing Ubuntu dualboot, Windows 8 can't boot anymore (0xc000000f -> missing bcd). Therefore I tried to fix this error like described here:

• I tried to create a bootable Windows 8 USB drive
• I tried to boot from Windows Install USB

Problem is now, that my PC does not boot from that USB drive, even though I made the following settings:

• I disabled Fast BIOS mode
• I disabled secure boot
• I changed boot order

UPDATE: I managed to boot from USB now and fixed it trough the command prompt
