Computer crashes at boot citing the error code 0xc00000e9

My computer has been working perfectly for about two years now, and out of nowhere it suddenly refuses to boot up and cites this error with the code 0xc00000e9. I have no idea what's causing it. I've tried many fixes on the Internet and none of them have worked. Additionally, when I tried to reinstall Windows on the SSD, it threw an error saying it couldn't write to the hard drive. I have no idea how to proceed and don't want to replace anything without knowing for sure it is the problem.
