Powershell ISE cannot attach to Docker container / Windows Container

I can connect and attach to a docker container / windows container on Windows 2016 Server just fine with Powershell.

But when I try the same with Powershell ISE, I get the error below.

Ok, it seems that the Docker commands (docker run, docker attach) don't work in Powershell ISE, (they work in Powershell though).

When I use the Powershell Commands (Get-Container, New-Container, Start-Container, etc.), it works fine.
