Directshow - error code 0x8007048f (The device is not connected)

I want to display camera video using Directshow. In GraphEdit I mount the attached graph, but I receive a 0x8007048f error. What filter or other thing I need to display the video?

UPDATE

I fixed the problem updating the usb camera controller software in the device manager. What is stranger is the fact that the message said that the controller was up to date.
