After transferring into a new device and successfully publishing my code this error shows up when accessing the webpage

I'm not sure where to look I tried looking at the LinkedinAuthenticationMiddleware to see if they are similar, I didn't see any difference in that file also checked my appsettings to see if my client id is empty, it was present so I tried rewriting it just in case same result.
