C++ boot task schedule error: No Mapping between account names and security ids was done (0x80070534)

I am trying to run notepad on boot following this tutorial

I get an error at the end (0x80070534) which pretty much translates to "No Mapping between account names and security ids was done"

I looked up many threads, some suggested changing the userId to "S-1-5-32-544", but I had no luck with that, even by running the executable as administrator.

Any more ideas on what I could do to get this code running?

Error is thrown at the end of the code, where RegisterTaskDefinition() gets called.
