How to search a CLSID in windows component services?

I get this error:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070520): Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070520 A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated.

Some one gave me a hint to find the CLSID in the Component Services and give it permission. But how can I find the CLSID there? there are just names.
