Webcam works on Linux but not Windows. Can I alter audio feed?

My webcam works on Linux but not Windows 10 20H2 or 1903. Linux identified it as 'Seculink'. Windows sets up generic drivers. The UVC Camera is set up OK but USB Audio Device fails. USB Composite Device presumably pulls together the audio and video parts, but fails. Is it possible to get the video to work by either turning off the audio totally or replacing it with a different audio stream? I have an older webcam with a lower resolution but which works. Any other suggestions? I've tried to find a better driver but failed.

More details: The new webcam is USB\VID_12D1&PID_4321&REV_0409&MI_00 and the old one is USB\VID_1908&PID_2310&MI_00
