Could not load file or assembly Version=1.0.5.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies

We have integrated 2 VS2010 VC++ project into Visual Studio 2017 solution along with other C# projects. These deliverables when built on Win 7 OS it is working fine. The same when built on Win 10 is causing a problem "Could not load file or assembly 'xxx, Version=1.0.5.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. A strongly-named assembly is required. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131044)". Has anyone faced a similar problem?
