Virtual Machine Not Starting (E_FAIL (0x80004005))

This is my very first time using Virtual Box so I'm sorry if the answer is obvious.

So heres everything I did:

I created a new Virtual Machine named Ubuntu 2020, I put it as 64 bit because my computer is 64 bit, then I downloaded Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS and mounted it in Controller IDE in storage, I thought that was all I needed to do and I started the machine, and I got this error.

and then another popup appears

My machine has 1024MB of RAM, a .VDI file that is dynamically allocated with 10GB of storage, 2 processors, 128MB of video memory and 3D acceleration enabled. Everything else is default, just in case I'm missing any needed info, here are screenshots of every tab: https://imgur.com/a/CJQC09a.
