EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) trying to run Autopsy 4.17

I am attempting to run a digital forensic program called Autopsy. I am using Autopsy version 4.17 which is the latest version. The program starts, displays a startup screen, and then closes. Checking the log files I am given the below log which seems to point to a Java issue. I have searched and located numerous other posts about "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005)" however each seems to point to different solutions based on the exact problematic frame. I have tried reinstalling Java and JDK, reinstalling Autopsy, updating Windows and updating graphic drivers (based on one of the previously located solutions).
