Virtual box ubuntu not loading

So I've been using Ubuntu via Virtualbox for several months now. Recently it stopped working. I'm thinking it could be one of several things that happened around the time it stopped working:

1. I was trying to install docker on my computer to try it out. It had me do a bcdedit in the CMD to push hyper-V to auto in the bios.

2. My computer shutdown unexpectedly, not allowing me to power down or save the instance that was running.
