Solution for : HTTP error 500.0 code 0x80070001

Hello guys I'm experiencing a problem after installing IIS and configure it with Tomcat9. what I get on the internet explorer is :

Does anyone please now the solution for this ? I'm not sure but I think it's a problem of version for files jk2.properties, server.xml ... but I don't find them on internet to download them
