Error while selecting SSL certificate in Plesk

I am trying to install an SSL Certificate on my Plesk panel inside the Godaddy server, I followed all the steps but when I am trying to select my certificate from hosting during applying it gives an error. I have talked multi-time with customer services of Godaddy company and they told me to change the CSR of certificate I tried many ways still it's not working.
