DISP_E_MEMBERNOTFOUND when I try to "Add New Item" to Report Server Project

I am able to create a new "Report Server Project" Project in VS. However, when I try to "Add New Item" in the Project, I get the Error message: Member not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020003 (DISP_E_MEMBERNOTFOUND))

Can any one help me solve this issue I can take a copy of report and paste also I can add and existing report but not able to add a new report in 2019 version visual studio only.
